All packages in the United Kingdom and internationally are shipped via the Post Office.

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

If you place your order before 1:00pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.

Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

We deliver to virtually all addresses within the UK. Prices on internationally deliveries may vary.

When ordering outside of the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Curly You has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

• Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
• Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

• For deliveries within the Curly You radius (UK mainland) a standard delivery fee of £3.90 will be applied at the checkout depending on the delivery option chosen. Please note that the weight of the order as well as the area of delivery might affect your delivery price. 
• For deliveries outside the Curly You radius a standard delivery fee of £5.99 will be applied at the checkout depending on the delivery option chosen. Please note that the weight of the order as well as the area of delivery might affect your delivery price.
• For deliveries outside of the UK, a relative fee will be applied depending on the delivery option chosen. Please note that the weight of the order as well as the area of delivery might affect your delivery price.

Spend over £35 in a single transaction and receive free Standard Delivery to your chosen address*.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If a reasonable period of time has passed and your refund still has not posted, please contact us at hello@curlyyou.co.uk.

If an item you receive is defective or damaged. We will be happy to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@curlyyou.co.uk.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We hope you love what you ordered, but if not and you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care by emailing hello@curlyyou.co.uk to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions. We gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To complete your return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.
